Curtis Concrete Pumping (CCP) is a Texas-based shotcrete contractor that specializes in high production, time sensitive, and technical shotcrete projects for the civil, heavy commercial, recreational and architectural markets in Texas and surrounding states.
Our turnkey shotcrete construction services begin at any stage. We assist engineers who aren’t familiar with specifying shotcrete. We provide pricing during the bidding phase. We mobilize quickly to continuously and diligently complete the work as originally specified OR as a time saving change order.

Founding Story
Our shotcreting roots began in 2007 as design-build concrete skate park contractors. Shotcrete’s versatility and ability to accelerate a project’s schedule was immediately apparent. As we continued to become educated as certified nozzlemen and experienced shotcrete crewmen, the world began to expand. Our role broadened to shotcrete consultants and we took on more complicated, much larger scale projects.
Today CCP is a team of professional shotcrete placement crews, consultants and estimators. We look for a challenge, while always providing the inherent benefit of shotcrete’s increased production ability. Why pour when you can shoot? Downtown high-rise basement walls, parking garages, tunnels, culvert shotcrete liners, soil nailing, etc. In one day we place concrete, finish the surface to any spec and begin the curing process.

Safety + Education
CCP implements a comprehensive approach to job site safety, starting with a corporate culture that promotes and rewards participation
from everyone. Regular and interactive safety training is paramount. A written safety program, daily toolbox talks with a task hazard analysis (THA) component and regular safety specific meetings are just a glimpse into our ongoing program. Safety is never a check-box topic that we ever consider as done. We focus on safety for ourselves, our families and those who we work with.
Shotcrete is an extremely specialized scope of work requiring a team of skilled crewmen to work together to complete a project. CCP actively participates as a sustaining corporate member of the American Shotcrete Association (ASA), and engages regularly with expert subject matter consultants. Our shotcrete nozzlemen are ACI Certified Shotcrete Nozzlemen with several others in-training. An ever growing list of safety certifications include TEXO Safety First, OSHA 10, OSHA 30, Scaffold Competent Person, and Respirator Fit Testing.
